A beauty salon, sometimes known as a beauty parlor, is a place where men and women go to have aesthetic treatments. A beauty salon differs from a beauty parlor in that it is a well-designed area in a private setting with more amenities than a beauty parlor. A beauty salon typically focuses on a single treatment or feature, such as style, for men, women, or both. A beauty parlor, on the other hand, is a smaller, more community-friendly establishment that is typically housed in the owner's home. In other circumstances, the owner is not only the boss but also the sole employee, as there are no other members of the crew. Hair salons are another example of this type of company.





Objectives of the Project

The objectives of doing this project are to

·        Eliminate the paper-based work used at the Salon premise such as the usage of diaries to note down appointment details, writing manual invoices for the payments done by the Customers, etc.

·        Eliminate the data redundancy, keeping appointment details at several places (Diary, mobile, etc.) by several people (Owner, Employees, Customers, etc.).

·        Abolish the wastage of time, resources, efforts, and money of the Employer, Employees, and Customers (Stakeholders).

·        Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salon management activities, services, and processes like maintaining Customers, Employees, Appointments, Payments, etc.

·        Ease the management and decision-making while improving the salon’s good name.

·        Improve Client satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

·        Enhance the Stakeholder integration.
